ENRICHMENT
Although we offer a variety of enrichment activities for students, it is important to note that enrichment is more than just additional content beyond the curriculum, it's a pedagogical ethos that informs the structuring of lesson design to make it student centred, thereby giving students an enriched learning experience. If you are considering enriching your curriculum - one off calendar events can be an excellent and easy place to start, but consider also the importance of how students are asked to engage in their day to day lessons and what changes you could implement to improve this experience for them.

Quizzes
Quizzes operate as a 4 student team relay whereby each team works their way through a bank of questions with the ability to resubmit answers (should they get them incorrect), obtain hints from adjudicators, or pass if they feel that they're getting nowhere. A typical quiz will need about 1 h 20 mins to run and can accommodate up to around 60 students

Competitions
Competitions are constructed from round based activities (typically 20mins per round) for teams of 4 students with each round contributing a point score towards an overall total. A typical competition will run for about 2 hours and can accommodate up to a maximum of 30 - 40 students

Workshop carousels
We offer a range of enrichment lessons which, depending on our capacity, can be organised into a full day carousel for up to 4 classes. Lessons typically require 1 hour for delivery. Although we have a set 'menu' of sessions we are also able to develop bespoke sessions based on a school's individual requirements if necessary.

Reasoning & Problem Solving
Although reasoning and problem solving is embedded in all of our activities, we can run sessions specifically targetting and promoting these skills. They tend to be group based sessions where strategies based on emerging themes that regularly occur within problem sets are examined, highlighted and practiced.

Exam Revision
Exam revision is not necessarily about hammering home key facts and hot housing students with an over abundance of exam questions. There are more subtle and enjoyable ways of weaving together curriculum knowledge to help create a deeper more robust, applicable understanding of content to enable success.

Delivering Enrichment (Staff training)
Why not build capacity in your department and develop skills within your staff to encourage and enable them to bring their own mathematical interests to light for their students? We offer bespoke training on developing and delivering enrichment sessions - skills which will filter into the normal everyday classroom experience, enhancing all aspects of teaching and learning.
ENRICHMENT FOR STAFF
...all work, no play...
A SENSE OF JOY
Professional development is not just about subject knowledge, pedagogy and management skills. Sometimes what is required is to actually reignite an enthusiasm and passion for one's subject - to bring back a sense of joy and wonder. If that passion and enthusiasm has been lost then it cannot and will not be being expressed to the students.

A DAY OF MATHS
A day of original, innovative and inspirational maths for maths staff will surely bring only positive outcomes, relieve stress and re-invigorate the weary. In addition to developing inter-departmental relations, it shows a forward looking institutional ethos that values its members and recognises the importance of learning and personal development at all levels.
